All Refunds and Exchanges must be carried out within 14 business days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer any refunds, replacements, or exchanges after this period. 
  • To be eligible for refunds or exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of purchase date.
  • Please let us know the reasons for returning your purchase.  If your purchase qualifies for replacement, exchange or refund, we will let you know within 1 to 2 business days.
  • In order to qualify for a return, your return must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
  • Please send your returned item(s) with a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Buyers are responsible for all returned shipping costs and fees. Shipping costs and fees are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received, we will email you a notification about your return.
  • Purchases that are approved for exchange and replacement will be shipped out within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days. It may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. The waiting period is based on your individual banking institution’s processing policy.
